Laura Tolosi is an Integrative Dietitian/non-diet weight loss coach, in the field for over 30 years, who has helped women release their difficult-to-lose weight and gain their body confidence back through my signature Ditch the Diet system.

She outlines powerful tools including journaling, focusing on physical sensations of resistance, gratitude, and heart coherence to process emotions and regulate the nervous system for lasting weight loss success.

Laura advocates listening to hunger and fullness cues and how foods make one feel rather than diets, believing this taps into the body's innate wisdom for health outside of rules and restrictions.

Laura stressed the importance of reframing an occasional indulgence from "blowing it" to "how you eat now" and discussed supporting clients to quickly reset their routine to maintain sustainable changes long-term.

 Laura shares her approach when clients indulge despite knowing better - questioning underlying feelings and thoughts to help release guilt and get back on track by focusing on the present moment rather than the past.
