About Leslie Hodgins:

Leslie Hodgins a/k/a That Hot (Mess) Mama is a recovering Stress-aholic and Spiritual Stress Management Guide.

She’s a mom of two boys, a wife, a Beachbody Coach, and a Digital Creator. She creates online workshops and programs designed to help you manage and reduce daily stress, diffuse the chaos and create calm. These programs are created out of the experience of two decades of living with stress and several years of healing from it.
