About Nischa Phair:

Nischa Phair is a researcher, educator and the founder of SomaBody Pleasure Work®. She has been a trauma-informed teacher, facilitator and coach for 14 years, and has held space for the growth of over 2200 students and clients in that time.

There’s no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach to sex. Instead Nischa supports clients to create an “authentic-to-you” relationship with pleasure. She works with clients to help them reconnect with their sexuality after trauma, breakup, pregnancy, grief and toxic relationship.

Nischa is passionate about helping people understand the role of the nervous system health in sex and pleasure with the view to make sex safer and more enjoyable for all, especially for survivors and women.

Nischa Phair shares with us how we, as women, can enjoy sensuality not just through the shared intimacy of sex, but even when it comes to enjoying all our senses and pleasures that will lead us to a healthier, more confident, and happier life.

She talks a little about how she helps women after severe trauma, as well as that reconnection to ourselves and to others. As women, we are sensual and emotional beings, and Nischa shares how we can enjoy a healthier sense of well-being just by using some simple techniques that involve every  part of our being.
