About Klana:

Klana, The ‘Magnificent Life‘ Leader is a transformation catalyst, multidimensional healer, certified Sexological Bodyworker, and author of three books.

She worked in the corporate world for 30 years before she followed her curiosity to explore and discover her true purpose. Being devoted to her self-development and spiritual path, Klana has now been in the field of coaching, bodywork, and sexual healing for more than 10 years.

She is passionate about this field because of her own struggles. Feeling like a misfit for many decades, not feeling sensual, sexy, or feminine she realized she didn’t love herself.

Klana works with emotionally malnourished women who need help learning to love themselves so that they can have the intimacy and joy in their life that they desire.

She loves to help them bring mind, body, heart, and soul in alignment and feel confident in their own skin.

In her podcast “Conversations with Klana - Living Orgasmically“, she and her guests explore practical ways and positive solutions to living a new authentic life based on self-love, connection, harmony, and joy.

What We Discuss In This Episode:

After leaving her home country, and working through that stress and change, she learned how to build a business and become a successful coach.

She teaches how it is never too late to make changes in your life. She used to be very inhibited, ashamed of her body, and felt she was “stiff” but always compared herself to those gorgeous curvy women. But she got rid of a lot of shame, and guilt which society puts on us unnecessarily, so that she was freed more and more, and learned more and more to love her body and herself.

Society puts a large burden on us through advertisements, and society as a whole, that we should be a certain way. Klana shares with us how you can free yourself from these inhibitions that we have as a result. No one is perfect, and even a “model-type” woman can be suffering from things like anorexia and a bad body image. We talk a little about the pitfalls of “too much dieting” which leads to the emotional portion of anorexia.

It is about learning to love ourselves and it is not about our shape. It’s how we perceive ourselves, and how we love ourselves.

Klana shares some simple things we can do to change the way we feel about ourselves and how we can learn to love ourselves and our bodies. It is all about the little steps that catapult us forward. It is a process, but one that we can definitely achieve. Even in midlife, we can change how we feel about ourselves, even throughout all the changes we are seeing in this phase of life.

Find joy and laughter in simple ways in your life. Life is worth living to the fullest extent possible.
