About BarBara Crawford:

BarBara Crawford is a 59-year-old woman who is passionate about sharing with women going through Menopause (or as she calls it “Meanopause”). Hitting her mid-forties BarBara was diagnosed with Hashimoto Hypothyroidism. She was gaining weight at an insane rate, her energy was in the basement, and felt emotionally depleted all the time. Not long after that, she began Menopause!

Through her emotional sea of overwhelm, BarBara created a program to heal inner hurts and emotional chaos with her coaching program Emotional Self Sufficiency, which supports people to empty emotional baggage of the past and future worries. She is here to tell you there is a way to more than survive Menopause, YOU CAN THRIVE!
